Russ Hall began his travels at an early age. His military family moved from one coast to the other in the United States, then to Japan, Morocco & Spain. It can be difficult to relocate every few years as a child, but for Russ, it taught him to be curious, resilient, and independent. The hardships military families face, his included, did not prevent him from having goals and overcoming obstacles to achieve them. Opening his eyes to the world and discovering the value of hard work and no excuses is what primed Russ for his future choices in life.
After graduating college with a degree in Business Information Technologies, Russ joined the largest direct-selling company in the world as an analyst and software developer, where he began a successful seventeen-year career. Having the opportunity to learn every aspect of the direct-selling industry, working in Australia, and residing in Germany and Mexico proved to be an invaluable experience. He saw firsthand how the industry benefited families living from paycheck to paycheck and how it satisfied someone’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire for a better life.
His experiences growing up and the knowledge he gained in his career led to his decision to create a company based on family, strong values, and his personal belief that there are no excuses in life. Once you remove the excuses, anything and everything is possible.
In 2003, Russ opened the doors of ENZACTA. Today, its wellness products, luxury skincare line, and the innovative MultiDimensional Marketing™ (MDM) business model have generated 60 million dollars in sales in 2020 alone and are rebuilding lives in 14 countries. Nothing makes Russ more proud than seeing people who joined the ENZACTA family in 2003, now with grown children carrying on the ENZACTA business. Creating a company that transcends generations was a dream that has come true.
Russ’s most significant achievement is in his personal life with the extraordinary family he has formed. The family shares his mission and is united, hard-working, with strong human values, and they all have active roles in ENZACTA.
